Racial justice

In 2020 and 2021, we provided $175,000 to frontline organizations fighting for racial justice, ending police brutality, and actively advancing equality, including Equal Justice Initiative, Black Futures Lab, Campaign Zero, Runway, and Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce Relief Fund.

Supporting Asian American and Pacific Islander communities

We collaborated with Autodesk's Diversity and Belonging team and the Autodesk Asian Network to grant $75,000 to: Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus, the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum, and the Center for Asian American Media. We provided a temporary extended 2:1 match for employees, directing $5,000+ in employee giving and matching funds.

Haiti Earthquake in August 2021

We provided $50,000 in grants to Build Change and Build Health International to support the earthquake response in Haiti. We also activated a temporary extended 2:1 match for employees giving to select organizations in Haiti, directing $48,000+ in employee giving and matching to relief.

Our COVID-19 response

COVID‑19 has underscored the need for improved support systems, as well as the critical importance of personal, economic, and societal resilience.

    Community support

    We joined a consortium of 25 companies that committed $22 million in funding to global, national, and San Francisco Bay Area solutions to address COVID-19.

    We expedited renewals and stability funding for our portfolio, which tends to be earlier stage and vulnerable to cash flow shocks.

    Employee-driven support

    We funded and extended Autodesk employee 2:1 matching for all eligible COVID-19–related donations, which resulted in $1.5 million in donations in one month.
