Eighty percent of the world's amputees lack access to modern prosthetics. Low-cost options are uncomfortable and unstable.
The solution
Building a sturdy, affordable prosthesis
D-Rev created a stable, durable knee joint that allows a wide range of motion, works with all standard prosthetics, and retails for just $80 USD.

The role of design
D-Rev based its design on extensive feedback from amputees to ensure that users can kneel, squat, and ride a bicycle. Digital prototyping, durability testing, and analysis further refined the design's functionality.
